Purpose of Job Role

  • The ASP Mentor will deliver specific ASP developed Instructor Led Training for services Site Engineering and Installation.
  • ASP Certifier will check that Site Engineer or Installer is able to deliver the service accordance to Ericsson quality standards. Escalate poor

Critical skills required

  • Minimum 5 years of RF RAN experience in deployment, integration, SAQ, training in the areas
  • Quality management accreditation
  • Training background a must
  • People those who have experience on Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia radio base system equipment are preferred

 

Leadership

  • May act as a team lead or execute line manager tasks for small teams of instruction driven job roles.

 

Typical Experience

  • Deep/long experience of theoretical concepts and principles within own discipline with the RAN/RF installation, solutions and technologies with the mobile telecommunications environment.
