EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
• Qualified Electrician with a Trade Test / Certificate in Electrical Installation/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Medium/High voltage switching Certificate
• Cable Jointing Certificate
• Strong installation and industrial background
• Relevant electrical experience in the process plant / mining environment
• Good general knowledge of electrical equipment up to 132 kV
• Hands-on experience in utilising planned maintenance systems and be conversant with different types of maintenance
• Must have basic instrumentation, PLC and SCADA knowledge
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge
• 5 years’ experience on motors, MCC’s, transformers, VSD’s, PFC banks, RMU’s, Mini-subs, Protection Relays, Overhead lines, Substations, Large Generators and lighting.
