About the Project
BAM Group Foundation (BGF) is implementing a project funded under the WYDE | Women’s Leadership Initiative as a grantee. The programme is aimed at strengthening young women’s leadership, transforming social norms, and enhancing women’s participation in political and governance processes in Lesotho.
Purpose of the Assignment
BGF seeks qualified media professionals or firms to support the production and dissemination of strategic communications content under the WYDE Women’s Leadership Initiative.
Scope of Work
The selected Consultant / Firm will be responsible for:
- Producing radio, video, print, and digital campaign content
- Supporting scripting, filming, editing, photography, and graphic design
- Developing campaign materials aligned with women’s leadership messaging
- Supporting dissemination of content across multiple platforms
- Tracking audience reach and providing media analytics, where applicable
Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in multimedia production and communications campaigns
- A portfolio of relevant previous work
- Experience in development, gender, or social impact communications (preferred)
