Mechatronics Engineer
This position reports to: Quality Manager

We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to drive innovation by reviewing existing systems and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation. This role is critical in optimizing performance, minimizing manual interventions, delivering reliable and scalable
solutions.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Analyse existing workflows to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and reduce manual input.
โข Evaluate and select equipment based on performance, reliability, cost and system compatibility.
โข Develop and integrate hardware, software and firmware solutions to support automation initiatives.
โข Design, build and test prototypes for automated processes; gather performance data, analyse results and refine solutions.
โข Diagnose and resolve issues in automation systems; perform routine maintenance,
calibration and implement corrective actions as needed.
โข Say current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation.
โข Maintain detailed records of system designs, configurations and modifications. Develop
technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications.
โข Ensure all systems and designs meet relevant safety and industry standards.

โข Bachelorโs Degree or B-Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
โข Proven experience in automation and process control.
โข Proficiency in technical tools and software, including LabVIEW, MATLAB and control system technologies.
โข Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
โข Understanding of project management principles.
โข Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
