CALL FOR M&E CONSULTANT
TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL HIV STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2028 FOR THE KINGDOM OF LESOTHO
UNAIDS Country Office in Lesotho is supporting the National AIDS Commission in the development of a costed National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan 2023-2028. The Strategic Plan will be developed through participatory processes. It will align the country’s HIV response to the Global AIDS Strategy, national and international commitments, incorporate lessons learnt from the current Strategic Plan and inform country investments and efforts towards the goal of ending AIDS as a public health threat in Lesotho.
UNAIDS seeks the services of an M&E expert to work with a team of 3 other consultants for development of the Strategic Plan 2023-2028. The M&E expert will specifically lead in development of the Results Framework and the M&E components of the Strategic Plan. The consultant will have at least 7 years M&E experience, previous experience developing M&E Plans for HIV, health or other relevant national plans and knowledge of HMIS, DHIS and community health information systems.
The consultancy will commence in November 2022, up to March 2023 for a total period of 25 working days.
