To support the management of MatCH’s Monitoring and Evaluation activities. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring and evaluation including implementation plans, overseeing staff, data quality, drafting and updating M&E plans, reviewing data, reporting and operations research. This position will also provide logistics and planning support to the clinical teams. The incumbent will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support capacity building activities for data management and M&E for the DOH and MatCH staff with a focus on data utilization.Location
eThekwini district.

Oversee project M&E activities

Required minimum education and training
Relevant Degree or diploma (preferably Master’s level)

Drivers licence
Minimum work experience
4 years’ experience in M&E/Research
Previous management, training and mentoring of staff
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
