Position Summary
The Massage Therapist Associate will support the delivery of therapeutic massage services, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and a relaxing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage techniques, including:
- Swedish massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Aromatherapy
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable therapy environment
- Assist senior therapists when required
- Ensure proper client record keeping and confidentiality
- Promote wellness products and services where appropriate
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy or related field
- Experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage
