MARKETING SPECIALIST
Mak’aya Café is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Content Creation: Produce highly engaging Reels, TikToks & photography showcasing our menu, Basotho cuisine blends, & vibrant café atmosphere.
- Campaign Execution: Plan & run local awareness campaigns, promotions & coordinate influencer partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement metrics & prepare monthly marketing reports to scale what works.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 1 – 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation. Experience in the Food & beverage or hospitality industry is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva / Photoshop) & mobile video editing skills.
