Description:
Ora Animation Hub is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us grow our client base and secure more animation gigs. This is a project-based position with flexible hours, and you’ll be compensated based on the success of your marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Ora Animation Hub’s services.
- Manage social media accounts and grow our online presence.
- Identify potential clients and outreach opportunities to generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials for campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or outreach.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and track results.
Compensation:
Commission-based on successful lead generation and project acquisition. A percentage of each deal closed will be paid based on the project value.
