MooJoy Dairy Processing is a growing local brand committed to producing fresh, affordable, and high-quality dairy products for the Basotho people. Our product range includes yogurt, mafi (sour milk), and other dairy-based goods sourced from local farmers. MooJoy is passionate about health, community empowerment, and creating a sustainable dairy value chain in Lesotho.
Our marketing team drives the brand’s visibility, educates consumers, and builds strong relationships with retailers and communities through digital campaigns, product activations, partnerships, and field outreach.
Position Summary
We are looking for 4 dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will support our brand’s growth, coordinate marketing activities, and represent MooJoy in various sales and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote MooJoy dairy products in retail outlets, community markets, and events
- Conduct field marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- Collect market feedback and consumer insights for strategy improvement
- Manage and grow MooJoy’s presence on social media platforms
- Support the planning and execution of promotions and activations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers
- Assist in designing marketing materials and content creation
- Monitor competitor activities and report trends in the dairy market
- Provide weekly reports on marketing performance and customer engagement
Expected Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or brand promotion (experience in FMCG or food sector is an advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Sesotho and English)
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Confident public speaker and team player
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must be willing to travel locally and work flexible hours (including weekends for events)
