About the Role
Are you a creative, digitally savvy marketer with an eye for design and a passion for hospitality?
Mpilo Boutique Hotel, one of Lesotho’s premier hospitality destinations, is looking for a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic and vibrant team!
Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Officer, you will:
- Support marketing campaigns and create engaging social media content.
- Design promotional materials (flyers, menus, posters, digital graphics, etc.).
- Manage and optimize the hotel’s website and online presence (SEO & Google Business).
- Capture and curate high-quality photos and videos that tell the hotel’s brand story.
- Assist in event coordination, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of SEO and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
