JOB TITLE: MARKETING, FUNDRAISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
Reporting To: The Principal
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the image and reputation of All Saints English Medium School, growing student enrolment, and strengthening relationships with parents, donors, and the wider community. The role supports the Principal in enhancing the school’s visibility, sustainability, and public standing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing and Enrolment Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students.
- Promote the school through print, digital, and community channels. Manage the school’s branding, image, and promotional materials.
- Organise open days, school tours, and outreach activities.
2. Fundraising and Partnerships
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Organise fundraising events and campaigns in support of school programmes and infrastructure. Prepare fundraising proposals and donor reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with donors and ensure proper reporting on fund utilisation.
3. Public Relations and Communication
- Build and maintain a positive public image of the school.
- Serve as the point of contact for media relations and public communications.
- Manage the school’s website and social media platforms.
- Prepare press releases, newsletters, and official communications.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories) for promotion.
4. Events and Strategic Support
- Plan and coordinate school events, campaigns, and ceremonies.
- Advise the Principal on marketing, fundraising, and public relations strategy.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and fundraising initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, or public relations.
- A portfolio of evidence showcasing past marketing/design/content work.
- Proven hands-on ability to run social media platforms and design using tools such as Canva.
- Confident written and spoken communication.
- Experience in an educational or non-profit environment is an advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office-based role within the school premises.
- Requires attendance at school events, some of which may occur after hours or on weekends.
- Salary is negotiable.
