Marketing Officer
Location: Maseru
Job Description
- Combine marketing, advertising, branding and sales skills to promote the company’s products and services
- Develop highly effective marketing campaigns
- Brilliantly target ideal customers in a timely fashion within budget
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competition activity to effectively advise the commercial/sales manager
- Stay updated on new marketing and communications trends and deploy those skills in daily execution
- Provide marketing support to the ACE Maseru Football Club
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product launches and other marketing projects
- Develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
- Establish and grow a target market share for ACE products and services
- Develop, manage and monitor marketing costs and budgets
- Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans working closely with the sales office
- Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
- Work with the new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
- Manage company’s social media accounts, setting up and managing email marketing programs
Education Requirements
- A Degree in Marketing and Advertising or any related field
OR - A Diploma in Marketing or related fields with at least 3 years of experience
