Marketing Manager – Part-time (REMOTE) – Possibility for full-time

We are looking for an energetic, thought leader professional to join our rapidly growing team to fulfill the duties of the Marketing Manager role. This role will appeal to you if you possess strong experience in ecommerce marketing and social media, are a great leader, a strategic thinker, and a motivated individual ready for a challenge. You can expect to…

  • Develop and drive ecommerce growth initiatives, leveraging both internal and external resources to increase ecommerce revenue
  • Manage/Project Marketing Budget and Marketing Team/Staff
  • Own the ecommerce roadmap with the team to ensure the business is leveraging the best in class tools, techniques and strategies to accelerate growth.
  • Develop the ecommerce campaign calendar including promotions and product launches based on insight
  • Lead and over-see social media management and content creation and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained on the brand
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across all media channels (owned and paid media campaigns including paid search, paid social, shopping, display, email campaigns, affiliate campaigns, social media, etc.), coordinating with external agencies and internal teams
  • Develop new customer acquisition programs including offer, creative. and channel strategy to deliver optimal life-time vale
  • Forecast and deliver on volume, costs, and revenue targets for all acquisition programs
  • Identify, recommend and execute strategies to drive significant increase in website traffic, conversion rates, revenue and profitability leveraging analytics and A/B site and email testing
  • Oversee creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report
  • Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, pushing the business forward to exceed financial targets
  • Ensure all necessary schedules and projections are updated on a timely manner to support demand planning activities
  • Lead the day-to-day management of Email campaigns.
  • Liaise across the business for frequent collaboration with the external marketing agency for reviewing monthly reports and optimizing them.
  • Leverages automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace.

  • Able to report high-level status updates to the executive team in summary to ensure that you are meeting sales targets
  • Ability to be HIGHLY organized and task oriented
  • Strong technical, business analysis, forecasting capabilities
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees and management

To join our team, you must have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • 3+ years experience with proven track record and an in-depth understanding of growing an e-commerce brand online, persona development, content writing, ecommerce, marketing and social platforms, schedule tools, and data analysis
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new platforms as needed
  • Strong knowledge of social media & paid ads, strongly number oriented & a good eye for design
  • Strong knowledge with digital marketing, with leadership skills
  • GAP analysis experience regarding marketing strategy
  • 2 years supervisory/management experience
  • Managed a team of 3+ people
  • Able to work remotely during EST hours – REQUIRED

Experience in the following computer/tech competencies/platforms highly preferred:

  • Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana
  • Klaviyo, Later, Foursixty, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Facebook Business Manager

About the position:

  • Remote
  • 25-35 hours/week
