VACANCY
• MARKETING MANAGER
Maseru
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a three-year performance-based contract and is tenable at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbent will be responsible to the General Manager Customer Relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Post graduate Diploma or Honors Degree in Marketing Management or related field.
• Master degree in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of five years’ experience in Marketing Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal, communication and management skills.
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work
• Valid driver’s licence
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following:
• Formulating and implementing marketing plan.
• Developing strategies and tactics for growing the customer base.
• Maintaining corporate identity standards.
• Carrying out customer satisfaction survey.
• Undertaking sales forecasting, analysis and evaluation.
• Promoting efficient utilisation of electricity (Demand – Side Management)
• Managing departmental resources and budget in accordance with business plans.
• Providing advice and recommendations to the General Manager
