💼 What You’ll Do
As our Marketing & Digital Coordinator, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand presence — online and offline. You will:
- Lead Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing strategies, events, and product launches.
- Drive Digital Growth: Manage websites, social media, and digital advertising to boost engagement and lead generation.
- Create Compelling Content: Develop copy, visuals, and multimedia that inspire and connect with audiences.
- Analyze & Report: Track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and communities.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing or digital communications.
- Strong knowledge of social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- Creative flair for content creation and design coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
✅Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (manual & automatic).
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Previous experience as a Social Coordinator or similar role is an advantage.
- Passion for building relationships and delivering customer excellence.

Based at our Kingsway Branch, Sekhametsi Building, Maseru.
