We’re looking for an entry level individual to help manage and administer our inbound leads. Working with the VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all lead management metrics and performance targets are met. You will be part of a passionate, close-knit Sales and Marketing team that fosters a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Research and validate inbound lead information.
- Update CRM and assign leads to appropriate Sales Reps.
- Setup new users in the Learning Management System.
- Connect and communicate with customers and contacts on Social Media
- Monitor lead metrics daily and report on a weekly/monthly basis.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience using social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus, but not required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly learn software and tools.
- Adapts easily to change.
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and makes it look easy.
