The Market, a leading restaurant in Maseru, is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead their marketing initiatives, grow the brand, and attract more customers through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations
- Oversee branding, advertising, and PR initiatives
- Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reports
- Work closely with management to align marketing with business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing role (hospitality/restaurant industry will be advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sesotho
- Strong creative writing skills; editing skills are an added advantage
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
