Job Description :
As a Marketing and Sales Officer at KEL Construction and Engineering Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and generate sales leads. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create and execute effective campaigns, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote KEL Construction and Engineering Solutions.
• Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong network and maximize business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Ability to travel as needed.
