At Jonsson Workwear our Manufacturing Graduate Programme (Quality) is designed to welcome recent graduates into our Business, offering them the opportunity to make an impact and fast-track their careers in quality leadership. This immersive 6-month programme provides a deep dive into our company’s operations within the Quality Department, allowing graduates to become integral members of our dynamic team.
At any point in time during the 46 week programme, top-performing candidates may be given the opportunity to take up permanent roles however, this will be decided on a case-by-case basis by our Senior Leadership team. Mentorship will be provided by leaders in the business who will work closely with each graduate; not only providing guidance and support, but also pushing the team to challenge themselves to strive to always do better and be the best version of themselves.

The experience we’re looking for:
- Currently in their final year of study.
- Qualification to be complete prior to commencement date.
- Qualification in design or teaching advantageous.
- Interest and involvement in community outreach and social activities.
- Part-time work experience preferable.
- Outstanding academic achievement.
- Lesotho Citizen
