We are seeking a creative and critical thinker, a highly dedicated individual who is passionate about music, education and development, who recognises the roles she or he can play in contributing to a more equitable and just society, who enjoys working with young people and who is driven to work in challenging environments.

The contract is a permanent post.

The incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to lead the organisation’s strategy together with the board of directors, oversee programme development and implementation and manage daily operations, and be primarily responsible for fundraising and resource mobilisation for the organisation/programmes. In addition to working closely with AMP staff, she or he will have a lot of contact with AMP’s learners, partner schools, volunteers, community partners and funders/donors.
