Description: Responsible for the design and management of systems and processes related to the monitoring of progress against the project’s indicators and targets. Ensure the integrity and sound design for the collection of data feeding into the CDS/LLPTA project and USAID/PEPFAR reporting platforms. Provide capacity building and training of sub-awardees and LLPTA staff at all levels of project implementation to reporting complete and high-quality data timeously.
Requirements: Masters’ Degree in Public Health or Social Sciences or similar degree with 5 to 7 years relevant progressive experience in MER/SI leadership or senior program-management level in a large HIV/AIDS program at national or international level; Sound practical knowledge of strategic information, MER indicator Frameworks, Health Information Systems, and MER plan development and the use of relevant software for data management or analysis; Proven experience in MER/SI system development, management, and planning and facilitating related technical training; Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs; Supervisory and management experience
