What you’ll do

Role Purpose 
Responsible for execution of M-Pesa marketing and brand strategy for the business. The manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for a brand, coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments and managing the marketing budget

Key Accountabilities
Develop an overall marketing plan in alignment with business functional areas’ key strategic objectives.
Adapt and communicate the channel strategy internally, and effectively communicate products both internally and externally
Manage acquisition, retention, and related expenditure of new & existing customer base
Creates M-Pesa Commercial plans as per company planning cycles
Drives active portfolio and lifecycle management of channel proposition
Ensure superior Customer Net Promotion Score 
Recruit, manage, train, motivate direct reporting staff

Qualifications and Experience
Strictly 3 – 5 years’ Managerial experience in Marketing & Sales
Basic knowledge of Financial Services, Value Chain and sound knowledge of Relationship Management 
Strictly Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing
