Manager – Legal Services
Division: Corporate
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Maseru
Job Summary
The incumbent shall provide legal advice to the Board and RPA Management and represent RPA in legal and/or arbitration proceedings. The role also involves participation in the development of enterprise-wide policies and their associated implementation tools.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
- KPA 1: Offer secretarial duties to the Board
- KPA 2: Advise the Board on legal matters
- KPA 3: Advise RPA Management on legal issues
- KPA 4: Represent RPA in legal and arbitration proceedings
- KPA 5: Policy development and periodic review
- KPA 6: Contracts development and interpretation
- KPA 7: Maintain regular reporting on sectional activities
Job Specification
Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Law and any certificate in Nuclear Law
- Seven (7) years’ experience in the private and/or public sector
- Five (5) years’ experience in Contract Management and Regulatory Services
- Five (5) years’ experience in Corporate Governance
- Five (5) years’ experience practicing law in Lesotho
Skills and Competence:
- Language Skills
- Reasoning Ability
- Computer Skills
