Manager Legal Services
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Advanced degree in Law, plus seven years’ experience in the private and/or public sector.
• Five years’ experience in Contract Management and Regulatory Services; Five years’ experience in Contract Dispute Resolution and Arbitration; Experience in liquidation processes. Five years’ experience as a practising advocate in Lesotho. Any qualification in nuclear law will be highly recognized.
