Manager – Finance, Administration and HR

Job Summary
The incumbent shall provide professional oversight and coordination of RPA’s Financial, Administration, and Human Resource activities. This includes development and implementation of internal controls, auditing systems, asset management, and strategic HR management.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
- KPA 1: Develop quarterly and annual program budgets, including QDRP
- KPA 2: Policy development and implementation
- KPA 3: Monitor expenses and provide regular reporting
- KPA 4: Financial planning, record keeping, and reporting
- KPA 5: Oversee general administration
- KPA 6: Oversee strategic HR processes
- KPA 7: Manage RPA assets
- KPA 8: Reporting
- KPA 9: Risk Management
Job Specification
Education and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or Master’s Degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in senior finance management
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in administration and strategic HR
- No record of dishonesty, financial mismanagement, or pending charges
