Job Description
- To set up, implement, drive, and continuously improve the end-to-end client lifecycle management activities for Personal Banking.
- To provide direction to Product, Client Touch Point, and Personalisation teams on execution of the Personal Banking entrenchment and retention strategy.
- To proactively identify opportunities, threats to the client base, and implements relevant initiatives for the business unit.
- To provide direction to Personal Banking on portfolio profitability principles & practices, client pricing, and client commercialisation.
- Lead entrenchment team towards achievement of set objectives
Qualifications
Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science & Statistics, Information Systems Management, Economics & Statistics, and Data Science, or related studies
Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in analytics and reporting to enable decision making.
- Experience in leading team(s) towards achievement of set objectives.
- Experience in business analysis and process optimisation.
- Experience with developing client base management capabilities in retail banking (entrenchment, retention, optimisation).
- Experience with implementing product or segment strategies and initiatives related to client base management (entrenchment, retention, optimisation.
