Description

Role Purpose
Manages the daily activities of the enterprise operations unit. Responsible for planning and ensuring service delivery and that new products are supported and delivered towards the business objectives. Implements and maintains enterprise-wide system tools and ensures scalability for enhanced service delivery to clients. 
Key Deliverables
⦁    Manage financial resources in line with company policies and procedures. 
⦁    Manage cross-functional service delivery teams. 
⦁    Develop performance standards and metrics based on industry best practices. 
⦁    Set and manage sales budgets including revenue and margins. 
⦁    Ensure 90% of deals sold are transitioned to the Client Services team smoothly.
⦁    Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) attainment for internal and external customers
 Competencies
⦁    Customer Relationship Management
⦁    Working understanding of enterprise technology 
⦁    Understanding of Enterprise products
⦁    Ability to drive sales process from start to close
Qualifications and Experience
⦁    At least 5 years customer service. 
⦁    Minimum of 3 years sales management experience plus 2 years at a managerial        or supervisory level.  
⦁    Telecommunications experience or related industry will be an added advantage  
⦁    A Valid driver’s license
