Description

Role purpose:

Deliver digital and data revenues for Vodacom through proposition development, business case design and assessment of  overall product performance management.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

Deliver on digital, data revenue and usage targets.

Manage revenue trend and mix by developing targeted propositions including personalised offers and bundles

Engage with Vodacom International business and other Vodacom markets to facilitate best practice sharing and benchmarking of propositions

Develop and improve on Go to Market practices in local market to ensure improved customer experience

Develop business cases, business case pitches to Exco and other forums and post implementation reviews

Ensure effective long term planning to inform and guide technology investment through detailed customer, usage and capacity plans across markets at regional and sub-regional levels

Work closely with supporting the Segment and COPS teams to ensure offers are insightful and that final proposition experiences are delightful

professional qualifications:

  • 3 – 4yr Undergraduate qualification – Essential
  • Post graduate qualification is beneficial (M Com/ M Eng/MA)
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience -essential
  • 3 years in product development in Telecoms is mandatory
  • 1-2 years management/supervisory experience – preferred
