Description

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the overall management of the Dealers & Terminals functional teams including crafting and implementation of the Dealer channel and Terminals strategy.

Key Accountabilities and decision ownership: 

  • Determines and communicates the Dealers and Terminals strategy
  • Creates Dealers & Terminals commercial plans as per company planning cycles
  • Drives active portfolio and lifecycle management of Dealers and Terminals proposition
  • Manages post-implementation reviews and recommends actions based on Dealers and Terminals performance
  • Leads S & D projects e.g. Subscriber registration, Voda E, Online Store and programmes to completion
  • Determine and communicate the digital strategy for Dealers & Terminals by automating processes, setting up and managing the Dealers & Terminals Agile squad.
  • Ensures that a differentiated portfolio of devices is available across all channels to support Vodacom SIM attachment and data growth

professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a commercial related course.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales and Distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of the Telecoms business and value chain and sound knowledge of distribution models and route-to-market.
