The Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) is an agency of the Government of Lesotho that was established by an Act of Parliament: BEDCO Act No.9 of 1980 (as amended). The Corporation provides the following services to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs):
•Business Development Support Services.
•Business Capacitation.
•Incubation.
•Facilitation of access to Finance.
•Facilitation of access to Markets.
•Entrepreneurship Promotion.
BEDCO is therefore looking for a suitably qualified candidates to join its Team in the following Positions;
POSITION
Manager Company Secretariat and Legal Services
JOB SPECIFICATION
To manage governance frameworks, ensure BEDCO complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, provide Legal services, Secretarial duties and ensure that Board decisions are implemented.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
LLM, LLB qualification must be an admitted advocate or attorney. Company Secretarial function will be an added advantage. Plus Five (5) years’ working experience at the Managerial level, preferably in Corporate legal practice.

BEDCO offers competitive Market related remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
