FIESTA CAR WASH – TY
Position: Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The applicant must have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in the nightlife industry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of FIESTA, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain a well-stocked carwash, bar and kitchen
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff, fostering teamwork and communication
KEY-REQUIREMENTS:
• Business Management Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-years of experience in a within the hospitality industry, preferably in a nightclub setting
• Must be between the ages of 28 and 40
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
