A leading FMCG is looking for a suitably qualified candidate with relevant experience in sales, account development and key account management. The incumbent will undergo a 12 months formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management and sales in order to prepare for a management position within CCBL. They implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

KEY FOCUS OUTPUTS

• Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
• Influence retail pricing within segments
• Maintain stock levels within segments
• Develop self towards management opportunity
• Develop sound business relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews
• Handle Customer and Consumer queries
• Manage product quality in relation to quality standards
• Determine functional planning objectives
• Develop sound customer relationships
• Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales
• At least 3-5 years sales / relevant working experience
• Advanced MS Suite skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own vehicle
