Job Summary
The Management Accounting Manager is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial management information to support strategic decision-making.
The role oversees budgeting and forecasting, general ledger integrity, project accounting, and asset management, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and performance monitoring across the organisation.
Qualifications
- CA/ACCA/CIMA with 5 years work experience
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 8 years work experience
Desirable
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Experience in capital-intensive or project-driven environments
Tasks
- Provide financial insight and foresight to support executive decision making and long-term sustainability
- Prepare Departmental Business Plan & Budget in line with planning programme
- Strengthen internal controls and support risk management frameworks
- Consolidate Departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews
- Identify opportunities to modernise management accounting practices through automation, digitisation, and data analytics
