What you can expect
Responsibility for compliance of book-to-report processes and technical correctness of the income statement. Coordinator of financial projects and initiatives. Local Function Finance cost controlling. Planning and controlling for local site. Maintaining the credit master data in FSCM and will be responsible for the following:
- Working with customer focus and service orientation
- Living the corporate values and principles of the company
- Responsible for implementation of the B2R.
- Responsible for maintenance of the cost allocation of final cost centers for all assigned companies
- Responsible for creating, changing and maintaining of cost centers on Team/Country/Company level including COINS mapping
- Responsible for maintenance of cost allocation of pre-cost centers and of internal orders for all assigned companies
- Responsible for accurate and on-time billing of SLAs and manual billing of other NTBTs to meet 5% target EBIT margin
- Monitor that SAP values accurately reflect the status of physical assets
- Finance Business Partnering: Advise company sales people on the generation of SAP reports, the maintenance of master data, and necessary checks of their monthly results
- Guidance function for financial issues in production
- Advise and reporting on KPI’s and performance measures such as fixed costs, CM1, waste and scrapping.
- Maintain BOM’s and recipes for all products
- Assist Site Manager and Management with annual budgets and Capital Expenditure requirements
- Preparation and analysis of product costing and profitability reports..
- Preparation of periodic reports for Site Manager and Management..
- Monthly feedback reporting and confirmation of costs to Management.
What we expect
- Matric with Bachelors pass (Business Administration Degree)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance and / or Controlling role
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel)
