Malt Store Attendant x4
- Hopper loading as per SOP and brand recipe
- Proper 5S after hopper loading
- Fill in the brewsher and start milling SOP(malt section)
- Add mashing salts
- Ensure effective communication on shift
- Participate on ATO and cleaning of the malt transfer unit
- Participate in problem solving and decision making in the malt store
- Manage and minimize waste and byproduct on shift
- Drive self development plans
- Perform quality analysis
Required Skills and Qualification
- COSC/ Grade 12 certificate.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment safety, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
