in the respective area. The position includes executing maintenance tasks as well as ensuring the utilities plant is
maintained and operated at a world class state.
Competence Requirements
N6 Mechanical Engineering or higher qualification
Millwright trade tested (preferred)
Experience in FMCG environment
Experience in the maintenance environment of a large plant
Desirable But Not Essential:
Experience with refrigeration plants
Experience with boiler plants
Experience in optimising water and energy usage in a large plant
Output and Accountabilities
Utilities Maintenance execution
Consistent maintenance according to maintenance plan.
Addressing operational issues where required
Constant suitable utilities supplies to customers without downtime to production Innovation and execution.
Ideas created to ensure we remain on the cutting edge of technology and ensure effective problem solving.
Will partake in running repairs, routine maintenance, planned maintenance and also provide operational support.
Ensure correct housekeeping and safety.
