Maintenance Planner ( HRL 13 )
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- PM Notification management
- Scope work orders for planned maintenance tasks
- Plan work orders for planned maintenance tasks
- Scheduling work orders for the execution of scheduled and / or planned maintenance
- Improve Master data
- Effective shut planning and execution. Responsibilities with regards to breakdowns and opportunity maintenance
- Report Writing
- Knowledge sharing within and across teams
- Coaching and motivation
- Time management Perform 60 second risk assessment as per Sappi policy
- Do the job right the first time
- Housekeeping: Create a safe work environment by identifying and managing risks associated with a task to be performed
- Comply with business processes
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
- NQF 4 National Certificate (Matric / N3)
- Recognised trade certificate (Manpower or SETA accredited) advantageous
- Computer Literate (MS Office and projects)
- Artisan or prior planning experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- CMMS (SAP experience) advantageous
