Leribe District Council Procurement Unit hereby invites tenders from interested locally registered and experienced companies of “motor garage” or related business nature for MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL’S YELLOW PLANT AND TIPPER TRUCKS.
Tender documents are obtainable at Leribe District Council’s Procurement unit upon payment of a nonrefundable participation fee of M3000.00 (Three thousand maloti only) to be paid in accounts section at Leribe District Council offices.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
All prospective bidders must attach to their bids the following documents:
Valid copies of Traders License certified at source; Valid copies of Tax Clearance;
Business profile; Three months recent bank statements; Audited financial statements for the past two years (2020/2021 and 2021/2022 financial years).
Please note there will be a compulsory site/ fleet inspection on Tuesday the 31st May 2022 and all interested bidders are expected to assemble at offices of Department of Rural Roads (DRR) near Education offices from 08:00am -09:00am for registration before proceeding to the site. Please note that fleet to be inspected is at DRR, Mathokoane, Likhetlane, Ha Kotola and Peka.
Sealed bids of one original and three copies of the bid document clearly marked: “MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL’S YELLOW PLANT MACHINERY AND TIPPER TRUCKS” bearing no identification of the bidder or of any company, be deposited in the tender box situated at Hlotse Urban Council offices (reception area), near DHMT offices on or before 11:00am on the 30th June 2022,
tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon, late bids will not be accepted.
Leribe District council reserves the right to cancel the invitation before the submission or opening of proposals, postpone the proposal submission/opening date and to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to the award of contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or any obligation to inform the affected bidder of the grounds for Leribe District Council’s action.
