INVITATION TO TENDER

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF TIPPER TRUCKS
The Mokhotlong District Council invites qualified and experienced companies to submit tenders for the maintenance and repair of its fleet of Tipper Trucks. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure the vehicles remain operational and safe.
1. Tender Document Collection
- A complete tender document is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti Only).
- Payment is to be made at the Mokhotlong District Council Accounts Office.
- Tender documents can be collected at the Procurement Office, Mokhotlong District Council.
- Bidders must provide a bid security of M10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Maloti Only) in the form of a bank guarantee letter from a locally registered bank.

2. Compulsory Site Visit / Briefing Session
- Date: 2nd April 2025
- Venue: Old DRR Offices – Matamong, Mokhotlong
- Time: 12:00 hrs
- Attendance is mandatory; failure to attend will result in disqualification from the tendering process.
3. Tender Submission
- Properly sealed bids (1 original + 4 hard copies) must be submitted in one envelope without any identification of the tenderer.
- The envelope should be clearly marked: “MAINTENANCE 2025”.
- Submissions must be deposited into the tender box located at the Mokhotlong District Council’s Boardroom.
- Deadline: 23rd April 2025 at 11:00 AM.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Bid Opening
- Date: 23rd April 2025
- Time: 11:30 AM
- Venue: Mokhotlong District Council’s Boardroom
- Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
