- Describe 3-5 key focus areas for the role, including typical decision-making situations.
- Support the Competitive Intelligence managers on Macroeconomics Forecasting to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed on Macros.
- Support Financial Planning team to prepare business plan insights & assumptions based on impact from Macros.
- Forecasting: Analyze Macroeconomics forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders
- Define initial thinking on Macroeconomics targets and requirements
- Prepare narrative and presentations to explain Macroeconomics variances
- Anticipate impact from Macros on KO performance.
- Specify whether goals and/or strategies for the role focus on short-term (1 year), mid-term (2-3 years) or long term (3+ years).
Short-term: 2021 plan execution and delivery and 2022 Business Plan development and execution.
Mid-term and LT: develop initial thinking on LRP Macroeconomics to be discussed with Competitive Intelligence managers.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
>3 years of experience in financial/performance planning or commercial finance roles- MBA preferably
- Profound understanding of Macroeconomic drivers
Work Focus
- Provide holistic understanding of Macroeconomics performance inside the OU. Provide a point of view on Macros annual targets.
- Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to assist in Macros analysis.
Communication Focus
This role is responsible for partnering internally to effectively manage Macros Analysis, with a focus on communication to:
- Competitive Intelligence and Franchise Performance and Insights Managers reporting to CI Director in the Planning, Competitive Intelligence and Insights team.
