Position Overview:

This role is required to tackle structured and unstructured problems coordinating all phases of analysis from formulation to conclusions / recommendations. Comfortable with both large amounts of data, and qualitative insight, iterations with research and technology vendors and able to design effective and efficient insight programs to address business questions.

Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority and enterprise wide insight solutions, in a holistic fashion. Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic opportunities for the business.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Track human trends, comprising Future consumer and shopper tensions and trends, consumer segment, cohort and cultural understanding of Latin America

  • Provide a deep understanding of the human and cultural trends impacting Latin America

  • Leverage data from social and digital platforms to unearth powerful and actionable insights for the category and IMX leads. Work with listening platforms to track and analyze conversational and behavioral data from a wide range of digital sources – search data, blogs, review platforms and news sites.


Education Requirements:


Related Work Experience:

  • Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Anthropology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience of at least 8+ years

  • Deep knowledge of and applied experience with tracking human trends.

  • Excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design


Functional Skills:

  • Ability to mine social and cultural trends

  • Deep understanding of the market and consumers

  • Holistic analysis and business question resolution

  • Behavioral science
