The Machine Operator is responsible for sorting Maloti and Rands banknotes with the aim to avail clean good quality money for recirculation.
Areas of responsibility:
- Preparing, counting, and sorting bank notes via automated devices and manually verifies unfit banknotes
- Generates end of day reports
The candidate will be required to:
Reconcile automated reports with physical cash
Perform daily accounting of entries in Compass VMS and QCBS system to return stock to the vault after sorting
Requirements:
A diploma in any of the following:
Business Studies
Business Management
*Certified Accounting Technician or any equivalent professional qualification
