The competition is open to all professional freelance photographers of all nationalities, without age restrictions.
Details
The Lucas Dolega Photography Award is organized by the Lucas Dolega Association.
“ The LUCAS DOLEGA PRIZE is intended to support and accompany freelance professional photographers who work to provide free and independent information. Its essence is to reward a photographer who, through his personal commitment, his involvement in the field, his stances and the quality of his work, will have been able to demonstrate his attachment to freedom of information and democracy.
Each participant may submit up to three photo reportages completed between December 15th, 2020 and December 15th, 2021.
2021 Winner
The jury has awarded French photojournalist Hervé Lequeux for his work “The Children of the Goutte d’Or”, on unaccompanied minors in the north of Paris.

Entry fees
The competition is free to enter.
Prizes
The winner will receive 10.000 €, an exhibition in Paris, and a publication in the Reporters Without Borders photo album.
