WHO WE ARE
In celebration of the Bothma family’s 85 years in Lesotho, LSP Holdings proudly launches the LSP Growth Engine, a graduate development programme designed to empower the next generation of Basotho professionals.
We are recruiting 30 ambitious graduates who have been actively seeking employment for at least one year without success. Selected graduates will be placed across LSP Holdings and its related partners, gaining hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and professional skills training.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must:
- Be a Mosotho national
- Be aged 22–30 years old
- Have graduated at least one year ago and not secured formal employment since
- Hold a Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution in one of the following fields:
Marketing, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Retail, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Water), Microbiology, Pharmacy, Statistics, Project Management, Property Management.
