LSP Growth Engine – Applications Now Open!
Who Are We?
In celebration of the Bothma family’s 85 years in Lesotho, we are proud to reintroduce the LSP Growth Engine, as we prepare to welcome its second cohort of emerging professionals.
Following the successful rollout of the inaugural intake, the programme continues its mission to empower the next generation of Basotho talent. We are recruiting 30 ambitious graduates who have been actively seeking employment for at least one year without success. Selected candidates will be placed across LSP Holdings and its partner organisations, where they will gain hands-on industry experience, structured mentorship, and practical skills training designed for their professional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates must:
- Be a Mosotho national
- Be aged 22–30 years old
- Have graduated at least one year ago and not secured formal employment since
- Hold a diploma/degree from a recognised institution in the following fields:
- Accounting
- Auditing
- Marketing
- Graphic design
- Human resources
- Retail
- Information technology
- Engineering (electrical, civil, mechanical, chemical, water)
- Microbiology
- Pharmacy
- Statistics
- Project management
- Operations management
