We are now looking for an External Communications and Internal Communications and Engagement resource to support our internal stakeholders with highly efficient, effective and competent Internal Communications & Engagement as well as interacting with external stakeholders including media.
Responsibilities:
- You will act as Internal Communications and Engagement SPOC for the respective unit
- You will act as External Communications SPOC for the respective unit
- Lead change communications (Internally)
- Create global approach to communications
- Ensure successful activation of Internal Communications and Engagement
- Manage Internal Communications channels (Newsletters/All Employee Meetings/Mass Emails)
- Build local media relations
- Arrange local media engagements, including events/media round tables/press conferences and media interviews
- Drive local press releases for the respective unit
- Manage local PR agency
Key Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
- Min years of experience: 6 to 8 years
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Leadership skills
- Understanding of digital communications
- Media relations experience
- Digital IC skills
Additional Requirements:
Arabic, English and French language skills (written and spoken)
