Trillion Cash Solutions (Pty) is seeking a Loan Processing and Client Engagement Officer to join our team in Quthing District. The successful candidate will support clients through every step of the lending process while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify all required documentation before loan approval.
- Conduct credit checks and assess client eligibility.
- Follow up with clients on overdue loans and maintain repayment records.
- Promote company financial services through outreach and marketing activities.
- Present valid certificates and maintain compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in loan processing, credit assessment, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certification in credit risk management or financial services marketing will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in Quthing District (proof of residence required).
