Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company policies and ensure efficient and productive performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and ExpressCredit staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ExpressCredit products, services, and enhancements.
  • Guide potential clients in selecting suitable financial products and promote/cross-sell company services.
  • Participate in sales activations and campaigns to generate business and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Create customer accounts and applications in the system and process loan documentation.
  • Assess and evaluate clients’ credit risk and repayment capacity before loan disbursement.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating issues to the Branch Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure proper custody and archiving of loan files according to company policies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
  • Prepare and report accurate daily statistics and perform duties in line with operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in business related field (finance/banking/management/marketing/sales) 
  • Effective knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point. 
  • CPA qualification and membership with the Lesotho Institute of Accountants will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication, report writing, and conflict management skills.
  • Assertive, proactive, and professional.
