Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in the microfinance industry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to evaluate financial information and assess risk
- Understanding different types of loans and lending regulations
Job Desk:
- Provide detailed information on loan products
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents
- Prepare and submit regular reports on loan activities, client feedback, and performance metrics
